What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 21 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return your straws for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to info@lustir.com. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used straws. Lustir will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue.

What is your shipping policy?

USPS First Class - $4 flat rate for first unit, plus $1 for each additional unit purchased. 

How do I order wholesale/bulk orders?

Can I send these as a gift?

Of course! The option to write a Gift Message is at checkout. If you are sending Lustir Straws as a gift we will remove the price from the invoice included in the shipment.

What is the Warranty Information?

We’re dedicated to making durable products, but sometimes the unexpected happens. So if there’s an issue with your Lustir product, we provide the below warranty.

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all Lustir products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from Lustir or authorized retailer;
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase;
  • You must provide a picture of the product to Lustir; and
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Warranty claims must be submitted by completing our Warranty Claim Form. A member of our warranty team will respond back within 3 business days following your request.
